Depending on how frequently you expect to receive checks that exceed your limit, we can either permanently or temporarily raise it. Please contact Customer Care at 855-582-5101 Monday-Friday, 8 am - 7 pm, and we can help you figure out how high your limit needs to be raised and for how long.
Please note that limit increases are subject to approval. Having the following information on hand can help speed up the process.
- The amount of the check
- The bank on which the check is drawn
- The name of the person or business issuing the check
- The purpose for which you received it (such as insurance proceeds, selling property, etc.)
