If you are signed up for electronic statements, you have access to up to 24 months of statement history. If you are unsure of how to log in to view your statements, please contact Customer Care for help. 


If you are not currently signed up for electronic statements, click here to learn how to register. It's fast, easy, and gives you the ability to access your statements 24/7 on your computer or mobile device. Please note that you will only have electronic access to your statements going forward; you will not have access to any statement periods prior to your registration date.


If you need access to statements older than 24 months, or if you do not have access to electronic statements for the time period needed, you have a few options. 


You can:

  • Call Customer Care at 1-855-582-5101 (Monday-Friday, 8 am - 7 pm)
  • Chat with Customer Care on our website, or by logging into your online or mobile banking account. (Monday-Friday, 8 am - 7 pm)
  • Open a new support ticket letting us know the account and time period for which you need the statements.
  • Call or visit your local branch office.  Our locations and hours are listed on our Locations Page.


Please note that the standard fee for paper statement copies is $7 per statement. If you are looking for a specific transaction and do not need the entire statement, Customer Care may be able to help!
